WHAT IS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT?

The internet allows VAs to provide support worldwide A Virtual Assistant (VA) works primarily from their own office, providing administrative support for sole traders, partnerships, limited companies or individuals.  Because the work is done 'virtually' the VA is able to provide services for businesses not just based locally, but anywhere in the world.  Using mediums such as the internet, fax, email and courier companies, the VA is able to communicate and transmit documents without having to actually meet the client.

A VA provdes continuity and cost-effective supportUsing the services of a Virtual Assistant is beneficial to any business whether they are used for one-off projects such as a mail shot or data entry, or on-going service support.  Account Solutions VA offers retainer packages at various levels based on the number of hours required each month.  Please see our fee schedule for further information.  By using a VA you do not have to worry about paying tax, social security, employee benefits or pension contributions as you would when employing an additional member of staff.  A Virtual Assistant simply charges an hourly fee.
